Job summary

Mad City Windows & Baths in Madison, WI is hiring remodeling helpers to join a fast-growing team. You will show up daily, complete quality work, answer homeowners' questions about installs, and connect homeowners with the office to receive final payments.

We’re looking for applicants with 6+ months of remodeling, carpentry or construction experience. A valid driver's license and good driving record are required, along with strong communication and customer service skills.

Qualifications

6+ months of Remodeling, carpentry or construction experience.
Some window installation experience preferred.
Must have a valid driver’s license and good driving record.
Great communication and customer service skills with the ability to clearly communicate with homeowners and team members.
Quality of work standards.
Must be at least 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

Install home remodeling products according to Mad City's standards and procedures.
Apply finish work as needed for every application.
Communicate with management at the end of an installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments.
Complete job checklist with homeowner at completion.
Treat each homeowner and their property with the utmost respect.
