Mad City Windows & Baths, backed by Renuity, is hiring immediate remodeling helpers in the Cedar Rapids area. Join a growing Midwest team and be paid what you’re worth based on experience.

You’ll assist with remodeling or general construction tasks, show up daily, complete quality work, answer homeowners questions, and connect the homeowner with the office for final payments. Qualifications

• 6+ months of Remodeling, carpentry or construction experience
• Some window installation experience preferred
• Must have a valid driver’s license and good driving record
• Great communication and customer service skills with the ability to clearly communicate with homeowners and team members
• Quality of work standards
• Must be at least 21 years of age or older

Responsibilities

• Install home remodeling products according to Mad City's standards and procedures
• Apply finish work as needed for every application
• Communicate with management at the end of an installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments
• Complete job checklist with homeowner at completion
• Treat each homeowner and their property with the utmost respect
