Job summary

Mad City Windows & Baths is seeking a Kitchen Install Technician in Des Moines, IA, to install remodeling products and apply finish work to each project. You will communicate with management after installations to ensure customer satisfaction and finalize payments, and you will complete carpentry checklists with homeowners at project completion.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in remodeling or carpentry, experience with kitchen cabinet installation/refacing, and a valid driver’s license

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Remodeling, carpentry or construction experience.
• Experience with kitchen cabinet installation and/or refacing
• Must have a valid driver’s license and good driving record
• Great communication and customer service skills with the ability to clearly communicate with homeowners and team members

Responsibilities

• Install home remodeling products according to Mad City's standards and procedures
• Apply finish work as needed for every construction application
• Communicate with management at the end of an installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments
• Complete carpentry job checklist with homeowner at completion

About the Role

In this position, you will:

• Install home remodeling products according to Mad City's standards and procedures
