Job summary

Mad City Windows & Baths, a Renuity Company, is seeking a Kitchen Installer to join our growing team. This role offers base hourly pay, a Monday–Friday schedule, and comprehensive benefits across medical, dental, and vision.

You will install remodeling products, apply finish work, communicate with management for customer satisfaction and final payments, and complete homeowner carpentry checklists at project completion.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of remodeling, carpentry or construction experience.
• Experience with kitchen cabinet installation and/or refacing.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Strong communication and customer service skills to clearly communicate with homeowners and team members.

Responsibilities

• Install home remodeling products according to Mad City's standards and procedures.
• Apply finish work as needed for every construction application.
• Communicate with management at the end of an installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments.

About the Role
