Job summary

Mad City Windows & Baths is hiring a Kitchen Lead Installer in Kansas City, KS, to install remodeling products according to our standards and ensure customer satisfaction. You will handle finish work and participate in final payments with management review.

The role requires strong carpentry skills, 2+ years of experience, and excellent communication with homeowners and teammates. Our M-F schedule includes comprehensive benefits and opportunities for advancement within the Renuity family.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Remodeling, carpentry or construction experience.
• Experience with kitchen cabinet installation and/or refacing.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Great communication and customer service skills with homeowners and team members.

Responsibilities

• Install home remodeling products according to Mad City's standards and procedures.
• Apply finish work as needed for every construction application.
• Communicate with management at the end of an installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments.
• Complete carpentry job checklist with homeowner at completion.

About the Role

In this position, you will:

• Install home remodeling products according to Mad City's standards and procedures
