Job summary

Mad City Windows & Baths, a Renuity Company, is seeking a Kitchen Install Helper in Milwaukee to join our home improvement team. You will install home remodeling products to our high standards and assist with finish work, ensuring quality results and homeowner satisfaction.

We offer base hourly pay, a Monday–Friday schedule, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for growth within the Renuity network across the Midwest.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of remodeling, carpentry or construction experience.
• Experience with kitchen cabinet installation and/or refacing.
• Must have a valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills when engaging homeowners and team members.

Responsibilities

• Install home remodeling products per Mad City's standards.
• Apply finish work as needed for each project.
• Communicate with management after installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments.
• Complete carpentry checklists with homeowners at project completion.

About the Role

In this position, you will:

• Install home remodeling products according to Mad City's standards and procedures

• Apply finish work as needed for every construction application

• Communicate with management at the end of an installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments

• Complete carpentry job checklist with homeowner at completion

Key Qualifications
