Job summary

Mad City Windows & Baths, a Renuity company, is seeking a Kitchen Installer in Illinois. The role requires 2+ years in remodeling or carpentry and experience with kitchen cabinet installation or refacing. A valid driver’s license and strong customer service skills are essential.

Base pay is hourly with a Monday–Friday schedule, plus comprehensive benefits. You will install remodeling products to company standards, apply finish work, and coordinate with management to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• 2+ years of remodeling, carpentry or construction experience.
• Experience with kitchen cabinet installation and/or refacing.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Great communication and customer service skills with the ability to clearly communicate with homeowners and team members.

Responsibilities

• Install home remodeling products according to Mad City's standards and procedures.
• Apply finish work as needed for every construction application.
• Communicate with management at the end of an installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments.
• Complete carpentry job checklist with homeowner at completion.

About the Role

In this position, you will:

• Install home remodeling products according to Mad City's standards and procedures
