Job summary

Atrium Hospitality is hiring for a full-time kitchen support role at our Richardson location. The team maintains clean and organized prep areas, supports kitchen and event staff, and ensures sanitary standards across all food and beverage spaces.

No experience? We will train the right candidate. A Food Safety Certificate or willingness to obtain one within 90 days is preferred. Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work varied shifts is required.

Qualifications

• Food safety knowledge and training required or willingness to complete within 90 days.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, bend, or squat for long periods.
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and teamwork.
• Flexibility to work mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, prep areas, walk-ins, and storage spaces.
• Wash and store dishes, pots, pans, glasses, and utensils.
• Manage trash and recycling and maintain dock area.
• Support kitchen and event teams with setup, breakdown, and dish-up assistance.
• Help ensure sanitation standards across food and beverage spaces.
