About the Role

Kitchen Tune‑Up, a kitchen design and remodeling franchise, seeks a motivated, people‑focused sales professional to work directly with homeowners.

What You’ll Do

• Meet with homeowners to discuss kitchen remodeling projects
• Conduct in‑home consultations and showroom appointments
• Build trust with clients by understanding their goals, budget, and vision
• Present solutions across our full range of services, including:
• Cabinet Painting
• Cabinet Refacing
• Redooring
• New Cabinets
• Countertops
• Kitchen Tune‑Ups and Accessories
• Prepare proposals, estimates, and sales presentations
• Utilize basic design software such as SketchUp or similar programs (training provided)
• Follow up on leads and maintain communication throughout the sales process
• Ask for the sale and close projects professionally
• Coordinate project details with our office and installation teams
• Attend networking events and represent the company in the community
• Perform final project walkthroughs to ensure customer satisfaction and generate referrals

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Comfortable discussing home improvement or construction‑related projects with homeowners
• Basic understanding of remodeling, cabinetry, carpentry, construction materials, or residential renovations
• Ability to read measurements and understand layouts/design concepts

• Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and follow‑through abilities
• Self‑motivated and goal‑driven
• Professional demeanor suitable for working inside clients’ homes
• Comfortable working evenings or weekends as needed for appointments

Preferred Experience & Qualifications

• Previous experience in home improvement sales, kitchen and bath remodeling, construction sales, flooring, cabinetry, windows, roofing, or similar industries
• Proven track record in sales and closing deals
• Experience with estimating, quoting, or project consultation preferred
• Familiarity with design software is a plus
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
