What you'll be doing day to day
Job Type: Permanent
Hours: 40 hours per week / Benefits Eligible
Shifts: Fully open work schedule, including evenings and weekends; schedules published one month in advance
Pay Range: $26.97 - $38.50

Qualifications
- At least 3 years of leadership experience in a high-volume restaurant kitchen in a customer-facing environment
- Preferred: Food Handlers Certification/Card
- Knowledge of HACCP plans, food quality, and safety systems
- Understanding of local and federal food legislation
