Responsibilities

• Label, date, rotate, and store prepared products.
• Follow FIFO procedures.
• Maintain clean and sanitized preparation surfaces.
• Prevent cross-contamination.
• Monitor product freshness and report quality concerns.
• Maintain organized refrigerators, coolers, and storage areas.
• Assist with deliveries when assigned.
• Maintain appropriate prep levels based on anticipated business volume.
• Follow all food-safety and sanitation requirements.
