Job summary

Chick-fil-A Layton is seeking a Kitchen Prep Team Member to support daily kitchen operations and provide a great guest experience. You will prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, stock inventory, and maintain a clean, organized workspace in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely and efficiently.
• Wash dishes and keep kitchen clean and orderly.
• Stock kitchen inventory and monitor supplies.
• Stay up-to-date with new Chick-fil-A products and procedures.
• Follow safety, dress code, and opening/closing tasks.
• Report maintenance issues to leadership.

Kitchen Prep Team Member Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
• Wash dishes efficiently and effectively
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times
• Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership
• Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes
• Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Other duties as assigned
