Job summary

Chick-fil-A in North Carolina is seeking a Back of House Team Member to support kitchen operations, preparing, assembling and presenting food safely and efficiently while maintaining Chick-fil-A standards.

You will stock inventory, keep the kitchen clean, learn new products, and work safely with equipment. The role offers room for growth, competitive pay, and flexible scheduling in a team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old to work in the kitchen.
• Reliable and cheerful with a positive attitude.
• Customer service oriented and able to multi-task.
• Detail oriented and able to work in a fast-paced kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards.
• Be knowledgeable of assignments for kitchen stations including assembling, food prep, and dish.
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed.
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times.
• Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A.
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report maintenance issues to Leadership.
• Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on changes.
• Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned.
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times.
• Other duties as assigned.
