Chick-fil-A is seeking a Kitchen Prep Team Member in a bustling, customer-focused environment at Debbie Ln & Matlock Rd in Mansfield. The role supports food preparation, safety, and high-quality service while working under an independent Operator.

Both full-time and part-time positions start early with opportunities for growth and development. Applicants should be reliable, cheerful, and customer-service oriented, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report maintenance issues to the Kitchen Manager.
• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards.
• Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all food prep.
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed.
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge on new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A.
• Complete opening or closing tasks as assigned.
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times.
• Other duties as assigned.

Kitchen Prep Team Member Responsibilities:
