Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or kitchen experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the morning prep load according to Chef’s recipe and quality standards.
• Keep the kitchen, dish station, and storage areas clean, organized, and sanitary.
• Wash, sanitize, and organize small wares, dishes, glasses, silverware, and cooking supplies.
• Receive, inspect, and organize vendor deliveries and rotate inventory using FIFO.
