Fogo de Chão is hiring a Kitchen Prep team member in North Bethesda, MD. You will support salad bar and side dish preparation, ensure fresh produce quality, and help maintain inventory and cleanliness in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to transport objects up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work at a quick pace.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and presents salad bar items, side dishes and desserts according to recipe in an efficient manner.
• Ensures quality of all inventory and fresh produce.
• Manages inventory levels and storage area.
• Assists management with expiration date tracking on all products.
• Maintains cleanliness of all kitchen equipment and areas.
• Completes beginning or closing shift duties as directed by management.
