Responsibilities

• Provides support through preparation and proper presentation of all salad bar items, side dishes and desserts.
• Ensures inventory and freshness meet high standards and manages storage areas.
• Assists management with tracking expiration dates on all products and keeping areas clean.
• Completes opening and closing shift duties as directed by management.
