Qualifications

• Must be able to transport objects up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and work at a quick pace.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present salad bar items, sides, and desserts per recipes.
• Ensure inventory and fresh produce quality meets standards.
• Manage inventory levels and storage areas.
• Track expiration dates on all products.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment and areas.
• Complete opening or closing shift duties as directed.
