Responsibilities

• Follows recipe and storyboards to prepare foods according to proper preparation methods.
• Ensures proper food handling and sanitation procedures are followed.
• Maintains a clean and sanitary workstation (tables, shelves, walls, oven, refrigeration).
• Maintains high standards of personal grooming and uses gloves; changes apron as needed.
• Understands and complies with standard portion sizes, quality standards, and kitchen rules.
