Responsibilities

• Prepares and presents salad bar items, side dishes, and desserts per recipe.
• Ensures inventory and produce quality meet high standards.
• Manages inventory and storage areas; tracks expiration dates.
• Maintains cleanliness of kitchen equipment and areas.
• Completes opening/closing duties as directed.
