Fogo de Chão is hiring a Kitchen Prep team member in our on-site kitchen. You will assist with salad bar prep, side dishes, and desserts, following recipes and portion controls.

You must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, work weekends and holidays, and contribute to cleanliness and inventory management. We offer medical, dental, vision, life, and disability coverage for full-time staff.

• Maintains cleanliness of kitchen equipment and areas.
• Completes opening or closing shift duties as directed.
