Fogo de Chão in Santa Monica, CA is hiring Kitchen Prep team members to support the preparation and presentation of salad bar items, sides, and desserts. You’ll help maintain high-quality inventory and freshness, manage storage and expiration tracking, and keep all kitchen areas clean.

The role requires standing, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working a fast pace with weekend and holiday availability. Full-time positions offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision

Qualifications

• Must be able to transport objects up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work at a quick pace.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
• Full-time, hourly Team Members eligible for company benefits after 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Supports preparation and presentation of salad bar items, sides, and desserts per recipe.
• Ensures inventory quality and freshness meet high standards.
• Manages storage and expiration tracking for all products.
• Maintains cleanliness of kitchen equipment and areas.
• Completes opening or closing shift duties as directed.
