Job summary

Woodlake Trails in Casa Grande, AZ is seeking a Food Prep Assistant to prepare food items for guests and maintain kitchen cleanliness in accordance with Health Dept rules. You will also assist with opening/closing duties, restocking, and communicating with the F&B team to ensure quality and accuracy of orders.

The ideal candidate has at least 6 months of restaurant or food prep experience, good customer service and basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• Food safety knowledge and safe food handling
• Good customer service and communication skills
• Basic computer proficiency including email/internet

Responsibilities

• Perform shift opening and closing duties as assigned (Essential)
• Restock supplies and ensure adequate food availability
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and comply with health regulations
• Prepare food using grills, ovens, fryers, slicers and other equipment
• Portion and wrap food for service
• Communicate with kitchen and F&B team to ensure order accuracy
• Assist with dishwashing and sanitizing
• Assist with kitchen setup and takedown, cleaning duties
• Other duties as assigned
