Qualifications

• Prepare all food items efficiently while following proper food handling techniques.
• Follow recipes to control production and ensure consistency and freshness.
• Maintain flow of dishes with attention to portion control, quality, presentation and temperature.
• Break down and store leftovers per established procedures.
• Maintain a clean environment by following daily sanitation checklists and cleaning as you go.
• Keep perishables at correct temperatures.
• Assist with prep for the next shift as required.
• Assist with inventory and production charts.
• ALSO put away stock using FIFO.
• Report equipment or repair needs.
• Follow all safety procedures while working.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all food items in an efficient and timely manner adhering to proper food handling techniques and standards.
• Follow recipes to control production and maintain consistency and freshness.
• Ensure efficient flow of food dishes with an emphasis on portion control, quality, presentation, and temperature control.
• Break down and store all leftovers, in accordance with established procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized environment following daily sanitation checklists, and practice “clean as you go” procedures.
• Maintain all perishables at the proper temperature.
• Assist in prep work as required for the next shift.
• Assist with inventory and production charts.
• Put away stock when necessary, using FIFO (first in, first out).
• Report any equipment or items in need of repair.
• Follow all safety procedures while working.
