Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient flow of dishes with emphasis on portion control, quality, presentation and temperature.
• Break down and store leftovers; use FIFO when storing stock.
• Assist in prep work and with inventory/production charts as needed.
• Maintain sanitation by cleaning as you go and following daily checklists.
• Report items in need of repair and follow safety procedures.
