You will support the team to hit a 6-minute ticket time while ensuring high-quality ingredients and adherence to standard prep procedures.

Responsibilities include preparing food, stocking stations, communicating product needs to BOH and managers-on-duty, and accommodating guest requests.

• Helps achieve a ticket time goal of 6 minutes or less.
• Ensures high-quality ingredients and standard food preparation.
• Prepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables or preparing sauces).
• Prepares recipes according to standard procedures.
• Stocks and prepares stations for service.
• Communicates product needs to back-of-house (BOH) and managers-on-duty (MODs).
• Accommodates guest-specific requests and modifications.
