Job summary

Life Alive Cafe, LLC in Boston, MA is seeking a Front of House Non-Service Team Member to join our Seaport location. Bring a genuine passion for our menu, collaborate with teammates, and deliver outstanding guest service.

You will support service flow, communicate guest requests to BOH and managers on duty, maintain station cleanliness, and help meet the 6-minute ticket time goal while upholding Life Alive's values.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepares recipes according to standard procedures.
• Stocks and prepares stations for service.
• Communicates product needs to back-of-house (BOH) and managers-on-duty (MODs).
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of the station.
• Accommodates guest-specific requests and modifications.
• Ensures high-quality ingredients and standard food preparation.
• Achieves a ticket time goal of 6 minutes or less.
