Life Alive Cafe, LLC is seeking a Back Of House Team Member to help maintain a clean, organized kitchen and support our fast-paced service. You will stock inventory, prepare ingredients, and ensure quality recipes and timing for service.

The role requires the ability to lift 50+ lbs, stand for 8+ hours, and collaborate with BOH and managers to meet ticket time goals while upholding Life Alive's wellness-focused mission.

Responsibilities

• Maintains cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed.
• Help achieve a 6-minute ticket time.
• Prepare food per standard procedures and recipes.
• Stock and prep stations for service.
• Communicate product needs to BOH and MODs.
