Life Alive Café in Cambridge, MA is seeking a Back of House Team Member to join a fast-paced kitchen. You will keep the kitchen clean and organized, stock inventory, and help achieve a 6-minute ticket time while maintaining high-quality ingredients and standard prep procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintains cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed.
• Helps achieve a ticket time goal of 6 minutes or less.
• Ensures high-quality ingredients and standard food preparation.
• Prepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables or preparing sauces).
• Prepares recipes according to standard procedures.
• Stocks and prepares stations for service.
• Communicates product needs to back‑of‑house (BOH) and managers‑on‑duty (MODs).
