Job summary

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed
• Help achieve a ticket time goal of 6 minutes or less
• Ensure high-quality ingredients and standard food preparation
• Prepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables or preparing sauces)
• Prepare recipes according to standard procedures
• Stock and prepare stations for service
• Communicate product needs to back-of-house and managers-on-duty
