Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed.
• Support ticket times goal of 6 minutes or less.
• Ensure high-quality ingredients and standard food preparation.
• Prepare food for service (e.g. chop vegetables, prepare sauces).
• Prepare recipes according to standard procedures.
• Stock and prep stations for service.
• Communicate product needs to BOH and MODs.
• Assist in maintaining quality and consistency of dishes.
