Responsibilities

• Retrieve and polish clean silverware, china and glassware for service.
• Polish all silverware, china and glassware to service standards.
• Prioritize and deliver polished items based on dining room needs.
• Inspect for chips or defects and remove unusable items.
• Maintain kitchen areas and equipment in clean, orderly condition.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms and high-touch surfaces regularly.
• Prepare fresh squeezed juices for service.
• Assist staff with service steps such as food delivery.
• Store cleaned items in designated storage areas.
• Sweep and scrub kitchen floors in the work area.
• Maintain sanitation logs documenting cleaning/disinfection.
