Qualificações

• Ability to stand for 8+ hours in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Understanding of basic kitchen sanitation and food safety practices.

Responsabilidades

• Wash and sanitize all cooking equipment, utensils, and prep surfaces
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors, walls, drains, and storage areas
• Organize dry storage, walk-in coolers, and freezer inventory
• Assist the culinary team with basic prep tasks during peak production
• Manage waste disposal and recycling according to facility protocols
• Receive and unpack deliveries, ensuring proper rotation and storage
• Support event load-outs by organizing equipment for transport
