Daily Provisions in New York City seeks a Porter to help maintain the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas, including washing pots and pans, sanitizing spaces, and supporting the team with daily upkeep and safety. You’ll learn SOPs, follow schedules, and contribute to service readiness and guest satisfaction.

You’ll work evening shifts with a team that values Enlightened Hospitality, pride in food safety, and efficient station turnover.

Qualifications

• Experience in a kitchen support position within a similar environment.
• Ability to walk or stand for long periods.
• English fluency; additional languages preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support ware washing and facility maintenance to keep cookware and storage in good condition.
• Assist kitchen team to follow sanitation standards and SOPs.
• Contribute to teamwork, timely turnover, and end-of-shift breakdowns.
• Follow timelines and cleaning project schedules and adapt to duties as assigned.
