Powder Mountain is seeking Porters to join our culinary team at Bower Lodge. This seasonal full-time role offers a great entry into the culinary arts with a fun atmosphere, excellent benefits, and career opportunity.

You will handle dishwashing, maintain a clean kitchen and front area, and provide reliable team support in a fast-paced resort setting. Must be 16+ with a valid food handler permit and the ability to work in variable winter conditions.

Qualifications

• Age 16+ is required.
• Food handler permit through Weber County Health Department.
• Knowledge of kitchen terminology helps to signal your presence.
• Non-slip shoes are required in all kitchens.
• Reliable transportation is preferred; able to drive in adverse weather.

Responsibilities

• Scrape, rinse, and load back-of-house and front-of-house dishes into the dish machine.
• Wash, sanitize, unload and organize pans, utensils, and dishes.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dish machine and work area.
• Break down and deep clean kitchen spaces; assist in Commissary Kitchen as needed.
• Adhere to Powder Mountain policies and maintain janitorial stock lists.
