Job summary

Soho House is seeking a dedicated Dishwasher (Porter) to support daily kitchen operations in cleaning and organizing pots, pans, dishware, and glassware. The role requires maintaining cleanliness and order, and assisting the Chef on Duty as needed.

The successful candidate will have at least 1 year of experience, strong focus and speed, and flexibility to work night, weekends and holidays while upholding company standards and safety policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years of consistent work experience in a similar role.
• Ability to focus, organize and prioritize in fast-paced environments.
• Open and flexible availability to work night, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Rinse, clean, organize, stock and maintain pots, pans, silverware, dishware and glassware.
• Adhere to health and safety policies and company standards and local laws.
• Follow checklists and standard operating procedures.
• Maintain a safe, clean, organized, and stocked work area.
• Attend mandatory trainings and meetings.
• Dispose rubbish, mop area, organize dishware and glassware.
• Limit breakage and manage daily inventory to prevent loss.
• Be flexible on duties and collaborate with other stations when needed.
