Job summary

Soho House West Hollywood is hiring a dedicated Dishwasher (Porter) to support kitchen operations by cleaning and organizing dishes, pots, pans, and glassware. The role helps maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work area and may assist the Chef on Duty as needed.

The successful candidate will have at least 1 year of experience, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and be flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Health benefits and opportunities for growth are offered.

Responsibilities

• Rinse, clean, organize, stock and maintain proper amounts of dishes and glassware to support daily operations.
• Adhere to health and safety policies and company standards and laws.
• Follow checklists and standard operating procedures.
• Maintain a safe, clean, organized, and stocked work area.
• Attend mandatory trainings and meetings as required.
• Operate industrial cleaning machine.
• Dispose rubbish, mop area, organize dirty / clean dishware, glassware and silverware.
• Limit breakage and manage inventory for daily operations.
• Be flexible on duties and assist other stations as needed.
• Collaborate with team across stations when requested.
