The role requires 3–5 years in kitchen operations with leadership experience, and a strong focus on teamwork and cost control in a family-friendly, high-volume setting.

Formación

• Experience in kitchen operations with 3–5 years minimum.
• 1–2+ years in a leadership role in a high-volume kitchen.
• Proven ability to manage staff, inventory, and food safety compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations, ensure efficient prep and plating.
• Maintain consistent food quality and portion control to standards.
• Ensure equipment is functioning; coordinate maintenance or repairs.
• Manage staff, schedules, and peak-time staffing.
• Lead, train, and supervise line cooks, prep cooks, and dishwashers.
• Coach on food prep, safety, sanitation, and service.
• Monitor inventory, place orders, and manage vendor relationships.
• Track food costs and waste; implement inventory controls.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and OSHA standards.
• Develop seasonal menus and coordinate events and large orders.
• Address guest feedback and maintain cleanliness in kitchen and dining areas.
