Dash In is hiring a Kitchen Manager in Charlotte, NC to lead the back-of-house foodservice operation inside one of our stores. You will build a high-performing team, ensure exceptional food quality, and drive results that directly impact the business.

You'll oversee labor, inventory, cost controls, and compliance with food safety and brand standards, while coaching staff and supporting hiring and training as needed.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in food service, retail, or operations.
• 2+ years of leadership experience.
• Strong food operations and inventory management knowledge.
• Ability to lead, coach, and develop teams.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Lead and develop a team to deliver high-quality food and service.
• Drive sales, food quality, and speed of service.
