Job summary

Harmons is seeking an experienced kitchen/restaurant manager to maintain quality standards and profitability. You will train and mentor kitchen staff, determine production and inventory levels, and ensure safe, clean operations.

This role works closely with store leadership to meet service and cost targets. Strong communication, organizational abilities, and a current Food Handler’s Permit are required; five years of kitchen management experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5 years of kitchen or restaurant management experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret policies and procedures.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Must have current Food Handler’s Permit.

• Maintain quality standards and department profitability.
