Job summary

Qualifications

• Ensure all food and products are prepared to the restaurant's recipes and standards
• Control food cost and waste through proper requisitions and temperature controls
• Assist in training kitchen staff and maintaining safety and sanitation
• Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations with strong communication with chefs
• Fill opening/closing checklists and temperature logs daily

Responsibilities
