Job summary

SSA Group is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead daily kitchen operations across our locations. You will oversee prep, safety, quality, and guest service standards, while training staff and coordinating with the General Manager and Executive Chef.

Responsibilities include managing BOH staffing, enforcing sanitation, reviewing safety logs, and ensuring timely prep and service. This role requires strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Live out SSA Group by delivering warm, welcoming guest experiences.
• Oversees kitchen duties for quickservice, safety and quality.
• Maintains safety logs, temperatures, rotation and waste.
• Ensures proper hygiene, gloves, and handwashing with staff.
• Assigns tasks, coaches daily, and supports operations.
• Responds to guest feedback and mitigates issues with the ops team.
• Train new staff and manage performance reviews.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized work environment.
