PopStroke seeks an experienced Kitchen Manager to lead our culinary team at the Waterford Lakes venue. You will manage daily kitchen operations, including staff development, inventory control, and ensuring food quality and consistency.

Reporting to the Operating Partner and Regional Chef, you will drive cost efficiency, oversee events, and maintain top-tier guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of experience in varied kitchen positions including food preparation, line cook, fry cook, and expediter with a minimum of 3 years in a management/supervisor role.
• Culinary degree is strongly preferred.
• Excellent leadership and Staff development skills.
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment, processes, and health/safety guidelines.

• Adhere to company standards to optimize costs across food, beverage, supplies, utilities, and labor.
• Oversee administrative duties including invoices, reporting, and payroll per company policies.
• Maintain high standards of service efficiency, sanitation, and safety practices.
• Ensure compliance with operational standards, policies, and local laws.
• Estimate and manage labor, food, and beverage costs.
• Coordinate provisioning, purchasing, inventories, and receiving.
