Job summary

Chick-fil-A Latham Farms is seeking an operational leader who is hardworking, dependable, and passionate about building strong teams and delivering operational excellence in a fast-paced kitchen.

As a Back of House Manager, you will guide a team to uphold food quality, safety, cleanliness, and efficiency, while developing future leaders and promoting a culture of servant leadership and accountability.

Qualifications

• Have a high school diploma or equivalent; two or more years of restaurant or leadership experience preferred.
• Previous Chick-fil-A experience is a plus.
• Open availability and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Lead Back of House operations during assigned shifts, ensuring the kitchen runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Maintain high standards for food quality, food safety, cleanliness, and operational execution.
• Coach, develop, and hold Leaders and Team Members accountable for performance and established expectations.
• Deploy team members effectively based on business needs, sales volume, and production demands.
• Create a sense of urgency and teamwork to support excellent Speed of Service.
• Monitor food production, waste, inventory, and equipment to support efficiency and cost control.
• Complete required operational checklists, food orders, and restaurant systems accurately and consistently.
• Communicate expectations clearly and provide feedback, recognition, and coaching to strengthen team performance.
• Identify opportunities to improve kitchen processes, consistency, and productivity.
• Partner with restaurant leadership to achieve operational goals and develop future leaders.
• Take ownership of Back of House performance while modeling Chick-fil-A's values and leadership expectations.
