Qualifications

• Completion of Food Safety Certification within the first month of employment is required.
• Completion of a skills-based certification within the first 120 days of employment is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
• Conduct weekly inventory counts and monitor budget alignment.
• Schedule staff to meet labor budgets and ensure adequate coverage.
• Enforce food safety and sanitation standards and act as Person in Charge.
• Communicate procedures and trainings to staff and support team development.
