Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age with High School diploma or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of professional cooking experience in the food industry.
• Must be ServSafe certified.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Provide an open door atmosphere fostering high associate morale and excellent customer service.
• Promote a service-oriented image and greet customers courteously.
• Conduct department meetings and train new associates on job expectations and policies.
• Oversee inventory, security and expense control of the kitchen department.
• Ensure compliance with labor, dress code and sanitation regulations.
• Coordinate product displays and rotate stock using FIFO.
• Plan schedules to meet store needs and manage payroll within budget.
• Address customer complaints to satisfaction and maintain safety standards.
