Responsibilities

• Coach kitchen staff to follow policies and procedures
• Assist the Sous Chef in managing kitchen operations and inventory
• Collaborate with Quality or Production to solve problems across departments
• Ensure compliance with health and safety codes in the kitchen
• Report kitchen issues to a supervisor as needed
