Job summary

Roche Bros is seeking an experienced Kitchen Supervisor to assist the department manager in planning, organizing, and optimizing kitchen operations. You will help ensure high-quality merchandise, proper displays, and excellent customer service across the kitchen department.

Responsibilities include inventory control, scheduling within budget, training staff, and maintaining compliance with sanitation and safety standards. A ServSafe certification and 3–5 years cooking experience are required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age with High School diploma or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of professional cooking experience in the food industry.
• ServSafe certification required.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Authorized to work within the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Assist the department manager with planning and coordinating kitchen operations.
• Maintain high customer service standards and associate morale.
• Oversee inventory, pricing, and display of kitchen products.
• Ensure compliance with sanitation, safety, and labor regulations.
• Lead department meetings and train new associates.
