Stars and Strikes Family Entertainment Center in Huntsville, AL is seeking an experienced Back-of-House (Kitchen) Manager for a high-volume, fast-paced operation. You will lead a large kitchen crew, oversee back-of-house operations, and manage food and labor costs.

The ideal candidate has knowledge of food safety standards, enforces hygiene practices, and adheres to county and company regulations. This role focuses on creating unforgettable guest dining experiences and supporting ongoing company

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of restaurant experience.
• Management or hospitality experience is a plus.
• Experience in managing COGS and labor costs.
• ServSafe certification or ability to complete certification.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Own Back-of-House/Kitchen sanitation and operations.
• Hire, train and manage all team members.
• Manage inventory of food and beverages.
• Handle Back-of-House budget.
