Job summary

Stars and Strikes Family Entertainment Center in Raleigh, NC seeks an experienced Back-of-House Manager to lead a high-volume kitchen, oversee sanitation, inventory, and cost controls, and ensure smooth operations across menus.

You will manage a large kitchen crew, enforce food safety standards, train staff, and partner with leadership to deliver exceptional guest dining experiences. Weekend and holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of restaurant experience.
• Management and/or hospitality experience is a plus.
• Experience in managing COGS and labor.
• ServSafe certified or able to complete certification.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Own Back-of-House/Kitchen Sanitation and Operations.
• Hire, Train and Manage All Team Members.
• Manage Inventory of Food and Beverage.
• Handle Back-of-House Budget.
